This website is operated by LiveMetroMaps - any usage of the terms "we", "us", or "our" refers to LiveMetroMaps, who operates this website and has created the following terms and conditions.

Through using this website or purchasing something from our online store (the "Site"), you accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use this site of purchase our products. Any future pages or products added to this website are also bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time - the current version is posted as follows.

1. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase - we reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel orders for any reason such as shipping availability, suspected criminal activity (fraud), and product availability. An order is considered "accepted" once we have sent the buyer confirmation it has shipped (or otherwise confirmed).

2. Pricing

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, and any applicable taxes and fees will be shown at checkout. We reserve the right to create and discontinue sales and discount codes at any time.

3. Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, we process orders within 3 business days (not counting holidays and weekends). 

We use USPS for shipping and are not responsible for lost, damaged, or late packages. If your package is lost or damaged during the shipping process, the customer should contact USPS to file a claim. If the package is damaged save packaging and materials. If your package is lost and need any sort of proof of shipment to help with your claim, contact us.

Additionally, we are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered shipping addresses.

4. Data

The live data used for our products comes directly from transit agencies themselves. We cannot guarantee accuracy or availability of this data at any given time - train locations shown on the board are our best guesses of where trains are based on this data.

We are not responsible for outcomes of actions taken based on our live train displays.

5. Payment

We accept payment through Shopify - by inputting payment information we assume you are authorized and aware of the payment method. If a chargeback is initiated, we may suspend future orders and contest the chargeback with relevant evidence.
