This website is operated by LiveMetroMaps - any usage of the terms "we", "us", or "our" refers to LiveMetroMaps, who operates this website and has created the following terms and conditions.
By using this website or purchasing something from our online store (the "Site"), you accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use this Site of purchase our products. Any future pages or products added to this website are also bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time - the current version is posted as follows.
1. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase - we reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel orders for any reason such as shipping restrictions, suspected criminal activity (e.g, fraud or drug smuggling), and product availability. An order is considered "accepted" once we have sent the customer shipment confirmation or some other form of direct confirmation of acceptance.
2. Pricing
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, and any applicable taxes and fees will be shown at checkout. We reserve the right to create and discontinue sales and discount codes at any time.
3. Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We currently use USPS for shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier are outside our control. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact USPS to file a claim. If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials. If you need proof of shipment or other documentation from us for a carrier claim, contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance.
Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
4. Data
The live transit data used by our products is sourced from transit agencies and other third-party data providers. We do not control this data and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability at any given time. Train locations displayed on our boards are estimates based on available data. We do our best to provide backups through pre-recorded data, however we cannot guarantee the availability or functionality of pre-recorded at a given point in time.
Our products are provided for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for bad outcomes or decisions made based on the live train displays.
5. Payment
We accept payment through Shopify and its supported payment processors - by inputting payment information we assume you are authorized and aware of the payment method. If a chargeback is initiated, we may suspend future orders and contest the chargeback with relevant evidence.
6. Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
All items are eligible for return within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery. The board should be in its original condition, and we encourage to return the item as originally packaged - if you no longer have parts of the original packing, please contact us for support. An improperly packaged item that gets damaged during shipping is unlikely to be eligible for a full refund. The customer pays for return shipping.
If the board is returned as originally packaged in its original condition, the customer shall receive a full refund for the amount paid minus the original shipping cost.
We will normally determine refund eligibility upon inspection within 3 days of the return package arriving.
7. Warranty
All our boards come with a 6-month warranty starting on the date of delivery. This warranty covers any defects or technical failures that arise under normal use. Damages caused by misuse such issue such as physical damage, water damage, purposeful modifications of any form, or using an improper power supply are not eligible.
Under warranty, you are eligible to repair and/or replacement at our discretion - however we cannot offer full refunds at this time.

We will cover total shipping costs up to $50.
8. Cancellation
If your board has not yet shipped, cancellation may be possible. However, once you have received confirmation your order has shipped - cancellation is not possible.
9. Product Pages and Availability
We try to accurately display and describe our products on this website - however we cannot guarantee these are error-free. We may correct errors. Availability of a product at a given time is not guaranteed.
10. Copyright
All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and software/content used to operate the Site, is owned by LiveMetroMaps or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
11. No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveMetroMaps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase/use of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that product or order.
12. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time - usage of this site will always be subject to the current terms and conditions.
13. Governing Laws
These Terms and any disputes related to the Site or our products are governed by the laws of the State of (New York?), without regard to conflict of law principles.
